“What Women are Doing”

Good news on the Women’s Page about those upcoming Christmas dinners. The Brooklyn Daily Eagle reports that turkeys will be abundant in the meat markets. So will Dromedary cranberry sauce. This won’t matter here in Grandma’s kosher home. In other holiday news, today’s Brooklyn Daily Eagle printed “Seven Delicious Recipes” for sugarless holiday candies to help people with rationing limits. This one for raisin clusters is tempting.
