No Sunday paper? No Sunday paper! No Terry and The Pirates or L’il Abner. Well, we’re going on a picnic anyway. In case, you’re wondering, my father used set a shutter delay and used a long cable to take this picture. My mother isn’t really smiling. I know she’s wondering how much longer she’ll have with my father and what she’ll do when he’s shipped overseas.
